The terrorists are at it again. Britain's MI5 is reporting a
severe threat of a terrorist attack.
The risk puts the threat level at the
same level as the July 7 London bombings.
If it is happening across the pond, you'd better believe that it is/can/will be happening here, too.
This brings up the question of who do you trust more to appropriately deal with terrorists: Obama or McCain?
Seems to me that Obama would simply want to talk with them and that lends legitimacy to international criminals and extremists. What happens when bad guys are legitimized? They grow in number, power, and followers. The problem gets worse. The way to deal with a bully is to punch him in the nose. Hard. Repeatedly. It is only then that you render the bully powerless. People don't follow a wuss that gets his butt kicked on a regular basis.
So. Who do you trust more to deal with the ONGOING and CURRENT terrorist threat?
The talker, or the one who's been there?
Obama DOES have an unfulfillable fantasy that he can successfully negotiate with a terrorist.
