As you may have figured out, I have gotten the lousy Actiontec modem to work. I put it in bridge mode and set up my old router with the appropriate settings for the new ISP. All the modem does is convert DSL to ethernet now.
Man... is DSL slow at times. I thought that each line was supposed to be a direct connection giving you the full bandwidth and that cable was shared and would suffer performance issues.
Nope. Cable, from my experience, has far superior speed and reliability.
