Looks like Microsoft is handing out freebies. Some of you will want a free copy of Vista. Why, I have no idea.

Linux has ALWAYS been free.

Want to get your hands on a free copy of Windows Vista and Office 2007?

Microsoft is offering you a chance to get your hands on a copy of Windows Vista Business Edition and 2007 Office Professional systems.

Here's what you need to do:

Visit the Power of Together website
Sign up (it's only for US residents only)
Watch three webcasts/vLabs each for Windows Vista and Office 2007 within 30 days of registering
Wait 6 - 8 weeks
Your software will be delivered to you free of charge
This isn't a scam or a trick - the offer is 100% genuine.

Yeah, the copy is good but will it run on your home system. I was talking with my friend who is at MS and its a hellava upgrade I would have to get to run even the light version.
